A LPR Doggy Day Out volunteer has a responsibility to protect the dog’s health and welfare at all times and strive to give the LPR dog a good experience and exposure that increases their likelihood of finding a forever home. A LPR Doggy Day Out volunteer should represent LPR and our mission to the best of their ability. There is no compensation for volunteers. Volunteers are required to complete an application, provide a person reference and complete phone interview with orientation. A LPR Doggy Day Put volunteer will point all inquiries to our web site and application process. A LPR Doggy Day Out volunteer should pick up and drop off the dog as close to the specified time as possible. A LPR Doggy Day Out volunteer will surrender dog to a LPR official at any time. A LPR Doggy Day Out will not relinquish possession of the dog while under their care to another individual for any reason. A LPR Doggy Day out volunteer will contact the foster home and LPR emergency numbers immediately in any case of injury, illness or loss of dog.
Hold Harmless and Liability release: I agree to indemnify and hold Lucky Pup Rescue of SC and it’s volunteers harmless from all losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees and other litigation costs and expenses) incurred by any of the Released Parties as a result of any claims or suits that I (or anyone claiming by, under or through me) may bring against any of the Released Parties to recover any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, or expenses which arise during or result from my participation in the Activity, regardless of whether or not caused in whole or part by the negligence or other fault of any of the Released Parties.
